7 educational videos
6 x 45 minute exercise sessions
Whole body exercise session focusing on your prenatal body with options for modifying or progressing and lots of specific reminders on breathing and your pelvic floor. A mix of exercise styles are used including, pilates, yoga, aerobics. You won’t be bored as we vary the small equipment across the program. You will use your large gym ball, small ball, bands and weights.
