This program has been designed and run by experienced Pelvic health physiotherapists, based on best practice guidelines and scientific evidence as well as our physiotherapy, fitness training and women’s health experience.

YOU get 12 weeks access to a private membership area on YOUtherapies.ie where your program will include:

7 educational videos

  • Research and guidance for exercising during pregnancy
  • Pelvic Floor Anatomy and function. How to activate and how to release.
  • Breathing techniques.
  • Diastasis rectus. What to look out for and advice.
  • Bowel function and tips.
  • Pelvic girdle pain features and management strategies.
  • Perineal massage and preparation for birth.

6 x 45 minute exercise sessions

Whole body exercise session focusing on your prenatal body with options for modifying or progressing and lots of specific reminders on breathing and your pelvic floor. A mix of exercise styles are used including, pilates, yoga, aerobics. You won’t be bored as we vary the small equipment across the program. You will use your large gym ball, small ball, bands and weights.
